These Terms of Use apply to Northern Atlanta Insider at https://northernatlantainsider.com and its newsletter, operated by Findit Lanier LLC, led by CEO Pierre Basson. Effective October 8, 2026. Local information

Our articles, directories, event guides and other content provide general information. Dates, hours, prices, availability and business details can change. Confirm important details with the organizer or business before making plans. Content does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

Content and permitted use

You may read the publication and share links to it for lawful purposes. Copyright and other rights belong to Findit Lanier LLC or the credited rights holder. Reproduction, republication or commercial reuse requires permission unless applicable law or a stated license allows it. Linking to or crediting third-party material does not transfer ownership of that material.

Comments, listings and submissions

Submit only information and material you have the right to provide. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive or infringing material, expose another person’s private information, distribute malware or impersonate someone. For material you submit for publication, you authorize us to display and edit it as reasonably needed to publish and administer the submission. We may moderate or remove material that violates these terms, applicable law or our publication standards.

Newsletters and preferences

Submitting a signup form requests the newsletter identified on that form. Use the unsubscribe instructions in that newsletter to stop the subscription. These terms do not replace consent, privacy notices or marketing choices required by applicable law.

Advertising, joint ventures and outside services

A listing or link does not itself guarantee or endorse an offering. Third-party businesses and organizers are responsible for their own offerings, transactions and terms. Our newsletters may carry advertisements, including advertisements exchanged with joint-venture partners. Advertising swaps do not transfer our subscriber lists to the partner. Any paid offering is subject to the price and terms disclosed for that offering.

Availability and responsibility
